Refund policy

What items can be returned? 

Returns are only allowed if the items are post marked for return within five days of you recieving them. Must be in new condition, tags intact, no odors, stains, etc. No returns will be accpeted if the item(s) has/have been worn or washed. All returns (shipping & local pick-up) should have the packing slip or they will not be processed.

Are returns free?

Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you are shipping a order over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service. As we can not guarentee we will recieve your returned items.

Do I offer refunds? 

We do not offer exchanges or cash/card refunds. To make it easy, once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue an account (store) credit to be used on your next purchase.
